All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds.

For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.

Great for location and stay.
Customer service was really amazing. I was immediately greeted and acknowleged. Pleasant and informative. The room was clean and I liked the layout as the rooms were away from the living/kitchen areas. I liked have access to two different balconies as it made the view enjoyable.
There was no chocolate sachets. There was only tea and coffee refreshments, would have like the extra chocolate variety. Also, would like to also have toothbrush amenities. Don't know why there is a shower cap and not toothbrush/paste.

Absolutely not work the money, and far from being a 5-star
The overall stay was disappointing, but there are a couple of good things to note. Very central location, close to Town Hall and many shopping areas. The room is rather spacious, and offers a few areas to enjoy the stay: - living/dining/kitchen room, where you can chill or eat or work; - a nice balcony with outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the view; - fairly spacious bedroom.
Several orders have issues, but overall, I do not believe this property is accurately marketed on this platform. This is not a 5-star hotel, not by a long shot. The bathroom looks like one from a roadside gas station; super small and impractical sink, with a tap so clogged that if you open it a little too much it will spray water everywhere. The sink is so askew, that the soap bar keeps falling in the sink. A tattered mirror reminds you everyday that at even if you are not tall, you are still too tall for that sink. There is a super small and thin cabinet on the side, where we could not even fit our stuff. Underneath it, a glass shelf that is poorly installed so that anything you put on it risks falling. The bathroom doubles as laundry, but there is no separation between the two (a curtain? a sliding door?); interestingly, the laundry sink is WAY better than the one "for people". The staff is fairly non-responsive. Yes, they will answer you promptly and tell you they'll take care of things fast, but unless you go down yourself, nothing happens. I was waiting for a package marked as delivered, and asked the staff: they said there was nothing there. I went down, asked again, and THE SAME GUY said he knew about it and went pick it up! Similarly, there was no toilet paper one morning, so I called; they said "right away sir", but we did not receive anything for hours. Cleaning is another issue to me. They do not do daily cleaning, not even making the bed or anything. I think they go once per week or something like that; so when the lady came over, we noticed that she had just made the bed, and perhaps threw the garbage. No vacuuming or mopping and so on. So we asked... she lazily vacuumed for maybe 4-5 minutes across the whole apartment, which clearly didn't do much. Parking: don't get me started. They sit above a parking, but they do not own it. So you pay A$30 per day even if you are a resident!
